How to Do Oil Pulling in 4 Simple Steps:

* Unwrap one Oil Pulling Tablet and place in mouth to warm for a few seconds and then chew to melt.

* Swish the melted oil around in your mouth for 15–20 minutes, being careful not to swallow any.

* When your selected use time is up spit oil into the trash. Spitting it into the sink or toilet may cause a buildup which may lead to clogging.

* Rinse mouth well using warm water before eating or drinking anything.

* Follow with a gentle brushing using one of our all organic Toothpastes, such as the Coconut & Neem Toothpaste or other formulas, found in our store.

For best results, it's recommended doing this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, although adapt as needed to fit your personal needs or preferences.

Repeat these steps a few times per week or up to three times daily. You may wish to ease yourself into this oral hygiene routine by starting with swishing for just 5 minutes and increasing until you're comfortable doing it for a full 15–20 minutes.
